RHTP Project Manager Narragansett Indian Tribe
Position Summary
The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Project Manager will support the Narragansett Indian Tribe in the implementation of projects funded through Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). Working collaboratively with Tribal leadership, community members, and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), the Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, facilitate communication among partners, monitor project progress, and help ensure successful execution of approved work plan activities.
The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the Tribe and RHTP program partners while recognizing and respecting Tribal sovereignty, governance, culture, and community priorities. The position is intended to provide implementation support and technical coordination to help advance Tribal health priorities through the RHTP.

This position will be based in partnership with the Narragansett Indian Tribe.
The anticipated schedule is hybrid, with an expectation of approximately three days per week onsite and two days per week remote. The final work schedule will be established collaboratively with Tribal leadership based on operational needs and Tribal workplace policies.
