Job Description

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our team to lead complex marketing and technology projects which have a direct impact on our business performance. You will lead the delivery of critical initiatives, develop the overall detailed delivery plan, oversee the development and implementation of identified initiatives tied to overall company and business unit strategy.

 

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

  • Lead critical projects to build foundational value and to bring new growth capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of process improvement/transformative projects to deliver intended results and develop close working relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on project and change management efforts.
  • Develop requirements documentation and all other project related documentation including charters, RACI, implementation plan, communication plan, metric measurement plan, etc.
  • Determine key project milestones, timelines, resources, deliverables, dependencies, issues, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure project status reports and information roll-up into a Portfolio view accurately.
  • Ensure solutions conform to user requirements and client's objectives.
  • Work closely with IT partners and contribute to their agile ceremonies with prioritization of epics and user stories. Along with planning guidance, lead with close monitoring for the planned delivery of every sprint cycle.
  • Use and improve various methodologies, including project management process, change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
  • Keep current as to new developments, best practices, industry trends, and new innovations.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years project, program, or initiative management experience
  • Experience supporting marketing projects and initiatives highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical capabilities including knowledge of PC and project planning oriented software (i.e., Jira)
  • Must have excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, influencing, presentation, listening, and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills required with the ability to build relationships, along with time management and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a financial services industry preferred
  • Experience delivering in an agile/product environment
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $104400 - $165000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
