Project Manager IV

Pay Range: $62/hr - $68/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, deployment, and closure
• Coordinate and track key departmental deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Assign, monitor, and track controls review activities performed by department analysts
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action items
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
• Monitor project dependencies, risks, issues, and changing priorities across multiple workstreams
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk management plans
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and organizational requirements
• Support the development and maintenance of project management methodologies and departmental procedures

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• PMP certification
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and competing deadlines
