Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and business-focused initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, client-facing leader who can manage complex projects, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
  
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
  
• Build strong partnerships with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders.
  
• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Financial and Resource Management

• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  
• Coordinate project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful execution.
  
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation efforts.
  

Risk and Quality Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  
• Establish and maintain issue logs, action items, and project documentation.
  
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
  

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical organizations.
  
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
  
• Coach team members and promote project management best practices.
  
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
  
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  
• Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certification.
  
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or digital transformation projects.
  
• Knowledge of financial tracking, forecasting, and portfolio management.
  
• Experience supporting enterprise clients and large-scale technology implementations.
