Responsible to monitor and ensure that all personnel, parts, and engineering needs are being procured on time and on budgetLiaise with all business units and production personnel (Sales, Planning, Quality Assurance, etc.) to ensure every aspect of the project is complete and on scheduleProvide on the job instructions to Lead HandsResponsible to ensure the paperwork moves through process in a timely fashionMaintain schedules for aircraft assigned and report any variances to production manager and/or Director of MaintenanceAnticipate, react, and report potential production interruptions and aid in recovery to minimize production lossMonitor and report the status of the project on a regular basisHold daily hangar floor crew meetings to provide context to all crew members and communicate any potential issues with the project and review safety with the crewsResponsible to ensure project is completed on time and within budgetMonitor and evaluate program and project effectiveness and effect changes required for improvement utilizing a post mortem analysis Assist Director of Maintenance in administering performance reviews, salary recommendations, and corrective progressive disciplineAssist in monitoring the efficiency and productivity of crew members work and report any issues to the Production Manager and/or Director of MaintenanceGeneral Duties:Review and be fully familiarized with all aspects of Avmax's RSQC Manual. Compliance with the manual's policy and procedure are mandatory.Demonstrate ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.Promote company values, vision, and missionAttend training courses as directed by company managementEnsure work environment is safe and cleanReport and communicate when safety processes are not followedContinuous Improvement recommendationsQualifications:Project Management Certificate completion or enrollment (preferred).Airframe and Powerplant License (preferred).Excellent oral and written communication.Possesses fundamental aircraft knowledge.Ability to motivate employees.
