Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
• Coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a commercial contractor
• Background in interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or commercial projects
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Motivated to grow within a collaborative construction team

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from USD 90.000 to 110.000 annually.
• Annual bonus target of 15% plus project completion incentives
