Pay: Up to $45/hr (depending on experience) | Full-Time, Temporary Project Assignment through Early 2028

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of a major facility transition from the current Johnson Creek manufacturing site to a new 125,000-square-foot facility.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, risk logs, decision trackers, and status reporting.
• 
  
• Support commissioning activities to ensure the new facility is operationally ready and aligned with business objectives.
• 
  
• Manage decommissioning efforts at the existing facility, including vendor coordination and equipment disposition activities.
• 
  
• Facilitate communication between leadership, operations, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project milestones remain on track.
• 
  
• Provide regular project updates and proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and solutions.
• 
  
• Partner closely with the local Operations Manager and leadership team to balance project goals with day-to-day business needs.
• 
  
• Utilize Microsoft Project and other project management tools to maintain project visibility and accountability.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 
  
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
• 
  
• Experience in manufacturing, facility construction, plant startup, facility relocation, or capital projects is preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with facility commissioning, decommissioning, equipment installation, or plant transitions is highly desirable.
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and standard project management methodologies.
• 
  
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Johnson Creek, WI.
•
