We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project scheduling, resource planning, field coordination, financial management, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong construction project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate labor and materials, maintain project schedules, control costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
This role requires a proactive leader who can identify project risks, resolve field challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget while protecting profitability and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Master Scheduling & Resource Planning
Develop, maintain, and update the master schedule for awarded, active, and upcoming projects.
Track project milestones, mobilization, submittals, material lead times, production activities, inspections, punch lists, and closeout.
Forecast labor requirements by project, phase, crew size, and skill set.
Identify scheduling conflicts, labor shortages, and project delays; develop and implement recovery plans.
Lead weekly schedule reviews and communicate changes to leadership, field teams, and stakeholders.
Project Execution & Field Coordination
Review contracts, estimates, project scope, drawings, specifications, exclusions, schedules, and project handover documents.
Prepare project budgets, execution plans, procurement and submittal logs, staffing plans, and short-term schedules.
Lead project kickoff meetings and communicate scope, production targets, quality expectations, logistics, documentation, and safety requirements.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, deliveries, subcontractors, and other resources to maintain project progress.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, verify workmanship, and resolve construction issues.
Coordinate with general contractors, field supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
Financial & Contract Management
Manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs against approved project budgets.
Monitor productivity, material usage, projected costs, and gross margins; implement corrective actions when necessary.
Identify additional work and change-order opportunities, document scope changes, prepare pricing, and obtain appropriate approvals.
Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, allowances, and project issue logs.
Coordinate progress billing, percent-complete reporting, payment follow-ups, and financial project closeout.
Review cost variances and develop strategies to protect project profitability.
Communication, Safety & Project Closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation using company systems, including Procore and applicable billing platforms.
Prepare weekly reports covering schedule, manpower, progress, budget, billing, change orders, safety, quality, and project risks.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, manufacturer specifications, company quality standards, and jobsite safety procedures.
Manage punch lists, touch-ups, final inspections, warranty documentation, closeout records, and customer acceptance.
Identify potential risks early and communicate mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders.

Proven experience in construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and field coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience developing and maintaining master schedules, project execution plans, and short-term work schedules.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, estimates, drawings, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billing.
Experience monitoring project costs, labor productivity, material usage, and gross profit margins.
Ability to forecast manpower requirements and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with construction project management software, particularly Procore, and project billing systems.
Strong understanding of construction quality standards, safety requirements, inspections, and project closeout procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to visit jobsites regularly and coordinate effectively with field personnel and project stakeholders.
