Title: Project Manager – Land Development
Location: Annapolis, MD
Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $105,000 – $155,000 + discretionary bonus

As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of residential and commercial site development projects — guiding design, managing client relationships, and driving results from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage land development projects from planning through construction.

• Lead and mentor a talented design team using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.

• Partner directly with clients to ensure quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financials.

• Support business growth through strong relationships and new opportunities.

• Ensure technical excellence through hands-on quality control and review.

What You Bring:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland.

• Extensive experience managing residential and commercial land development projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.

• Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive project success.
