Title: Civil Project Manager – Land Development
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $100,000 – $160,000 + discretionary bonus

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead high-profile residential and commercial projects that shape the future of the Phoenix metro area — with the freedom to influence design direction, mentor teams, and drive meaningful results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full project life cycles — from proposals and design through permitting and construction support.

• Lead teams in preparing site and grading plans, utility layouts, and drainage solutions that meet local and state requirements.

• Coordinate directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving smoothly.

• Oversee contracts, schedules, and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PE required).

• 4+ years of experience managing residential and/or commercial land development projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Arizona development codes, municipal standards, and permitting processes (City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, etc.).

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven success managing client relationships.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software.
