Job Description
- Guide construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
- Partner with field teams to maintain quality, safety, and project performance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support business development through networking, client engagement, and project presentations

A successful Project Manager should have:
- 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, warehouse, K-12, higher education, or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, positive, and motivated to develop into a future business leader

- Annual salary range from USD $100.000 to USD $130.000
- 10% annual bonus, 3-4 weeks PTO, and $875 monthly vehicle allowance
