We’re hiring two Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential landscape construction projects across Southeastern Wisconsin to support a new business line inside of our established business. There is an opportunity to come in for a Jr level role to learn - or to come in at a Sr level, to bring expertise and knowledge to the team.

Located in Burlington, WI we serve a diverse population from Milwaukee to the suburbs of Chicago and as far over as Janesville.
What You’ll Do
Manage landscape construction projects from award to closeout
Lead scheduling, coordination, subcontractor communication, and client updates
Work closely with field superintendents (GC-like structure)
Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress (60–70% field-based)
Document project updates using BlueBeam, Excel, and internal tools
Ensure projects finish safely, on time, and within scope
What You Bring
3+ years project management experience in landscape construction or similar trades
Strong understanding of construction techniques and job sequencing
Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly
Experience with project financials (invoicing, budgets, forecasting)
Comfortable using Excel, BlueBeam, Procore, or similar tools
Reliable daily commute to Burlington + regional travel for site visits
Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
