Project Manager | Large-Scale Ground-Up ($100M+ Projects)

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee large-scale ground-up developments within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional markets.
• Coordinate internal project teams while maintaining communication with owners, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks related to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and client expectations throughout project execution.
• Drive project profitability while delivering a best-in-class client experience.
