Project Manager - Large-Scale Public Construction ($30M-$60M)

Lead Public Construction Project Manager

Lead the successful delivery of large-scale public construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Manage all aspects of project execution including budget, schedule, procurement, risk management, and client relationships. Provide leadership to project teams, field staff, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success. Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders. Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure profitability goals are achieved. Utilize Procore and internal systems to maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting. Solve complex project challenges and drive decisions that keep projects moving forward. Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all project phases.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven experience on projects valued at $20M+ preferred. Ground-up construction and/or major renovation experience strongly preferred. Public, K-12, academic, municipal, civic, or institutional project experience is highly desired. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Experience working for respected General Contractors or Construction Management firms. Ability to commute to Waltham, MA and regional project sites.
