Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of delivery.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and project controls.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and project stakeholders.
Ensure projects remain compliant with public works requirements and regulations.
Review and interpret contracts, specifications, and construction drawings.
Drive project performance while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
Support field operations and provide solutions to project challenges.
Maintain accurate project records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project execution.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment.
Strong background managing complex commercial construction projects.
Public works experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
Strong scheduling, planning, and project controls expertise.
Experience administering construction contracts and project documentation.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and public-sector processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
