Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate development projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of real estate development projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services necessary for project completion.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
- Mentor and supervise project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- PMP certification is a plus.
