Project Manager | Lead Ground-Up & Commercial Projects

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Lead the review and processing of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Attend weekly project reviews and provide updates on project performance and risks.
• Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project objectives, quality standards, and timelines are met.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 7-10 years of project management experience preferred within a general contractor environment.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Public-sector project experience is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and transparent approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, less corporate environment.
