Lead a $60M school or $30M public safety project from the ground up. Big-project exposure with direct access to ownership.

Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication efforts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project financials, cost tracking, change management, and project reporting.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, workflows, and communication.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to support the successful execution of large-scale public projects.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Ground-up construction experience preferred; large-scale renovation experience will also be considered.
- Public, civic, municipal, educational, or K-12 project experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Stable employment history with reputable construction firms is highly valued.
- Ability to commute to the Waltham, MA area and local project sites.
