 Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Systems Architect to design and 
deliver a repeatable, enterprise-grade leader learning system focused on 
adaptive AI leadership skills. This is a systems design and architecture 
engagement not a content creation role. The output is a scalable, 
measurable framework that connects skills, behaviors, learning, workflow, 
and measurement across a global organization.

Key Deliverables:
" Adaptive AI leader persona model aligned to workforce planning priorities
" Learning-to-work architecture integrated with Workday Learn and Teams
" Workflow-anchored learning pathways per persona tied to real work
" Repeatable pathway templates with skills, behaviors, and measurement
" Practical measurement framework focused on behavior and skill change
" Completed examples and pilot recommendations ready for scale

Scope of Work:
" Prioritize leadership personas based on how work is actually performed
" Define a system connecting skills, behaviors, workflows, and measurement
" Partner with business leaders and internal teams to identify priority
 workflow use cases
" Design measurement approach in partnership with Talent Analytics
" Pressure-test outputs with key stakeholders and define path to scale

What You Bring:
" Demonstrated experience designing enterprise learning systems tied to
 measurable behavior change
" Background in large-scale organizational transformation
" Strong ability to connect learning architecture to real workflows
" Skilled at influencing across functions without direct authority
" Systems thinker who brings simplicity and practical application
" Comfortable operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities
" Bachelor's degree required
