Our client is a well-established construction manager and builder with approximately $100M in annual construction volume and a team of 56 employees. They specialize in life science, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, commercial, and historic renovation projects, with work ranging from tenant fit-outs and renovations to large-scale building repositioning and ground-up construction. Project Managers and Superintendents are stationed onsite full-time, supported by Assistant Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents, allowing for superior communication, quality control, and client service. Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities. Coordinate onsite construction operations and ensure project objectives are achieved. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all project participants. Monitor project performance, quality standards, safety requirements, and risk management initiatives. Collaborate closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3-10 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Life Science, Laboratory, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Industrial project experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time at project locations throughout Greater Boston
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in active construction environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
