Job role: Project Manager

Duration: 3 - 6 Contract to hire

Location: Gilroy, CA (Onsite)

Overview client is seeking a Project Manager with ERP system experience and business process experience within the agriculture industry (industry experience is a must have). This individual will help drive ERP-related initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure business processes align with operational and retail compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Project Manager experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Recent experience within the agriculture, farming, food production, produce, or agribusiness industry.
• Understanding of supply chain, inventory, distribution, grower operations, and selling products to major retailers.
• Experience with agricultural ERP platforms preferred, including Fusionware or similar agriculture-focused ERP solutions.
• Ability to work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management, project planning, risk management, and change management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Fusionware ERP experience.
• Experience supporting food manufacturers, produce distributors, or agricultural organizations.
• Knowledge of compliance, traceability, and retailer requirements within the agricultural sector.
