Job TitleProject Manager for Luxury Home ProjectsJob DescriptionProject Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources. Tailor plans to meet the specific needs and expectations of high-end clients.Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and incorporate client objectives and preferences into project execution.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a diverse team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive collaboration and project delivery.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and maintaining financial control while delivering value to clients.Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets luxury standards and adheres to local codes and regulations.Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project timeline and develop strategies to mitigate said risks to prevent delays and budget overruns.Performance Monitoring: Continuously track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during construction swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
