Client Details

This premier custom home builder in Miami, specializes in high-end, luxury residential projects. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, superior quality, and unparalleled client satisfaction. The Luxury Home project manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

  • Manage all phases of construction for ground-up luxury residential and select hospitality projects
  • Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants
  • Oversee high-end interior build-outs, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and bespoke details
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections
  • Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
  • Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements
  • Serve as a trusted liaison for discerning clients, delivering a white-glove experience

Profile

  • 6+ years of project management experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality construction
  • Proven experience with ground-up custom homes and high-end interior finishes
  • Strong understanding of premium materials, custom details, and refined construction methods
  • Experience working alongside elite architects and interior designers
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
