Lead Luxury Retail Construction ProjectsManage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution. Maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Administer contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office for project management and reporting functions. Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
