Lead Luxury Retail Construction Projects
Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution. Maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Administer contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office for project management and reporting functions. Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Coordinate with executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

The successful applicant will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Extensive experience managing high-end retail construction projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience using Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Ability to work fully onsite and travel to project locations as required
What's on offer:
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
