Description

Lead Luxury Retail Construction ProjectsManage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution. Maintain accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Administer contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office for project management and reporting functions. Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The successful applicant will have:5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial constructionExtensive experience managing high-end retail construction projectsStrong understanding of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administrationExperience using Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skillsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfullyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredAbility to work fully onsite and travel to project locations as requiredWhat's on offer:Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,00090% Employer-Paid Healthcare Coverage401(k) with 4% Company MatchUnlimited PTO After Year OneDiscretionary Annual Bonus Based on Company and Individual Performance
