They are heavily focused in interior fit outs and TI work in the range of $1-10M. They have strong work life balance since their Project Managers work from home. They value hard workinng individuals that have strong onrganizational & communication skills to work in this remote setting.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Retail Project Managerare:
- Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Participate in project budgeting and estimating efforts when needed
- Conduct regular project reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality, schedule, and client expectations are met
- Travel periodically to project sites for progress reviews and client meetings
- Take ownership of projects and work independently in a remote environment
Profile
The traits for a successful Retail Project Manager include:
- 2-5 years of construction experience
- Experience in luxury retail interiors
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and project controls
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with:
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Construction Management degree is preferred but not required
