Description
- Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
- Travel periodically to project sites to oversee progress and resolve issues
- Utilise Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and reporting
- Support estimating, procurement, and project planning as needed
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail Construction should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Background in luxury retail, high-end interiors, or premium commercial projects
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout project lifecycles
