Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / M&A Lead to support a Mergers & Acquisitions engagement for a Houston-based organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership, preferably within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&A project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Support post-merger integration planning and execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, and leadership.

• Identify project risks, track milestones, and ensure successful execution.

• Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading M&A projects, integrations, or related initiatives.

• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to work remotely with flexibility to travel as needed.
