$65,000 - $75,000 + performance based commission

The Externals Group is working with a well-known and established roofing, exterior, and remodeling company that has been serving the Greater Boston area for over 50 years. This position is an active, hands-on role that involves managing field crews in a roofing and construction environment. You would be responsible for connecting with homeowners and providing consistent and first-class customer service, keeping them informed throughout the project. This contractor is able to offer a clear path for career progression, and you will have the opportunity to grow your earnings with a performance-based commission package. A Day in the Life:

• Effectively manage new and existing relationships with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate roofing and construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensuring safety standards are met when managing internal crews and subcontractors
• Monitor and manage budgets, project timelines as well as project documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years in a roofing project management or supervisor position.
• Valid and clean driving license.
• Experience managing multiple projects at the one time.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) would be advantageous.
