Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of professional background to manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation. The ideal candidate will be accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures while providing day-to-day direction to project resources.

Top 3 Core Responsibilities

1. Track Status, Dates, and Risks: Update project committed dates, executive status fields, and health indicators in Jira/Nexus; monitor milestones, flag schedule slips, and maintain hot topics and risk logs to ensure reporting accuracy.

2. Coordinate Across Teams and Dependencies: Sync closely with engineering, product, marketing, and vendor partners to align on scope, hand-offs, and cross-team dependencies (such as IE/ORT testing windows, deployment schedules, and eligibility/data pulls).

3. Drive Execution & Tool Proficiency: Utilize specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to develop project plans, drive milestones, and manage comprehensive project documentation.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Meeting & Action Item Management: Facilitate stand-ups, program reviews, and breakout sessions; capture key decisions and action items, assign owners, and drive follow-ups to closure.

• Scope & Escalation Management: Assess incoming scope changes and new project information, evaluate schedule and resource impact, and escalate to leadership with clear mitigation options when triggers (budget, timeline, or partner changes) are met.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Build and refine leadership-ready updates emphasizing production release dates and business value milestones, finalizing and distributing reports ahead of executive reviews.

• Lifecycle & Change Management: Manage end-to-end project execution, establish effective communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders, and ensure proper change management occurs throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant project management experience.

• Tools & Software: Specialized, hands-on knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

• Methodologies & Platforms: Experience tracking projects via Jira / Nexus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, negotiation, project planning, sound judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
