Detailed Job Description:

Coordinate across teams and dependencies - Sync with engineering, product, marketing, and vendor partners to align on scope, hand-offs, and cross-team dependencies (e.g., IE/ORT testing windows, deployment schedules, eligibility/data pulls).

Track status, dates, and risks - Update project committed dates, executive status fields, and health indicators in Jira/Nexus; monitor milestones, flag slips, and maintain hot topics and risk logs so reporting stays accurate.

Run meetings and drive action items - Facilitate stand-ups, program reviews, and breakout sessions; capture decisions and action items, assign owners, and follow up to closure.
