Project Manager

• • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience in delivering project in the Miami market
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and scope management.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection control requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.
• Knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, and healthcare construction best practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
