Commercial Project ManagerMid-sized South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, the firm partners closely with developers and owners to execute complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and value engineering.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetLead subcontractor and vendor procurement, negotiations, and contract administrationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationshipsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overrunsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and company quality standardsCoordinate on-site construction activities with superintendents and field teamsReview drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and constructabilityManage change orders, project documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular project meetings, site walks, and progress updates with internal and external teamsOversee project closeout, including punch list completion, final inspections, and handover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
