Role Description The Project Manager at SFC will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This full-time, on-site role, remote position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and monitoring progress against project plans. The Project Manager will handle expediting activities, track materials and deliverables, and work closely with logistics and inspection teams to resolve issues and minimize delays. Daily responsibilities include preparing status reports, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This role also involves optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently maintained.

• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to manage material flow, vendor follow-up, and timely delivery of project components.

• Logistics Management skills for coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and aligning supply chain activities with project timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and interact with clients professionally.

• Proven ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs in a fast-paced environment; experience in industrial, construction, or logistics-focused projects is a plus.
