Project Manager - Mid-Rise Construction

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project teams, including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, buyout, and ongoing performance management.
• Monitor project financials, including change orders, billing, forecasts, and overall profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs, local building codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear reporting to executive leadership and clients.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Project Manager: 5+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 3 years managing multifamily projects.
• Senior Project Manager: 8+ years of construction management experience with a history of successfully delivering multiple multifamily projects.
• Experience managing ground-up mid-rise multifamily projects ranging from 100-500+ units.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, podium construction, wood-frame over podium, and South Florida building requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, financial management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
