Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting reports. Lead subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and award processes. Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and monthly reporting. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies. Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices. Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues. Manage RFIs, submittals, permitting, and document control processes. Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups. Ensure successful project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on multifamily Mid-Rise Projects. Open to a strong APM in Multifamily Mid-Rise who is ready to take the next step to PM. Experience supporting or managing ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality (8 stories and above). Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
