Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a small to mid-sized general contractor doing $25M per year in the Greater-Madison market. Specializing in retail and commercial projects, they foster a culture centered around strong relationships with both customers and coworkers. Project Type: Light commercial, restaurants, hotels, and multifamily. Project Location: Mainly Wisconsin, with some out of state work. Project Size: $1M-$10M+.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams across multiple project phases.Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation compliance.Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety performance on active job sites.Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and financials.Resolve project challenges proactively to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.Ensure all commercial builds meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
