Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The Project Manager will oversee projects from design through construction completion. Responsibilities include self-managing schedule, leading project meetings, and ensuring clear communication among clients, contractors, and internal teams. The role involves assessing existing conditions, developing creative and practical solutions, completing progress observations, and resolving issues as required. The Project Manager will also deliver timely reports for clients and leadership, maintain current industry knowledge, and strive for continuous improvement in organizational processes.
