Project Manager: Stainless Fabrication / Data Center Cooling
\n
\n
We are partnered with a privately owned, fast-growing manufacturer that is entering the data center cooling space. They have spent decades building stainless steel piping and fabricated components for the food and dairy industry, and that same capability is now going into cooling systems, manifolds, and CDU hardware for data centers. A customer brought them the opportunity, the work is real, and they need someone to own it.

\n
Why this role stands out:
\n
\n
Ground floor of a brand new business line. You lead the technical side of it, not inherit somebody else's playbook.
\n
Real runway. Leadership expects multi-million dollar potential on this program, with an existing customer base they have not even approached yet for this work.
\n
True end-to-end ownership. You are the main point of contact between the customer and the company's own manufacturing and supply base.
\n
Global scope. Many components are sourced offshore, so expect international travel and direct supplier engagement.
\n
Small US footprint (roughly 25 people stateside), so you are visible, in charge of the project, and working directly with ownership.
\n
\n
\n
What we are looking for:
\n
\n
Real time in stainless steel piping, tubing, weldments, or sanitary fabrication. You can speak to it as an expert.
\n
Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes. You know how the parts actually get made.
\n
Sourcing and supply chain exposure. Cost, suppliers, and lead times are part of your world, not somebody else's.
\n
Commercial sense and comfort in front of a customer talking specs and requirements.
\n
Willingness to travel internationally.
\n
Bonus: food, dairy, or beverage process equipment background, manifold experience, or anything you have already touched in data center liquid cooling.
\n
\n
\n
This is not a design role. The customer owns the print. This is for someone who wants to own the project, the supply base, and the customer relationship, and who is comfortable building something that is not fully defined yet.
