Lead large-scale ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial control and timely delivery.
Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Monitor project execution through site visits to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects aligned with goals.

The successful applicant will have:
5+ years of experience managing large-scale ground-up projects for a general contractor in commercial sectors.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management with a proven record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide project teams and support professional growth.
Strategic, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Experience with a reputable general contractor required.
