Project Manager - Mixed Commercial

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management activities.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance targets are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
• Support project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

A successful Project Manager - Mixed Commercial should have:

• Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience with commercial general contractor operations is preferred.
