Job Description:- The Mobile Operations Project Manager coordinates a technical team responsible for managing a large-scale fleet of corporate-owned mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) in a highly secure, firewalled environment.
- This role helps to ensure operational continuity, oversee mobile deployments and upgrades, manage vendor relationships, interface with executive stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- The position emphasizes operational execution, change readiness, project planning, and cost-effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Help oversee lifecycle management of ~50,000 mobile devices
- Plan and execute mobile technology projects (examples include Mobile Device Management (MDM) migrations, operating system upgrades, and solution deployments)
- Interface with stakeholders and deliver regular reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Track budgets, review expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards
- Help drive continuous improvement and process optimization
