Are you an ambitious graduate or young professional with the drive to become a future leader in an international organization? Then the MOVE Leadership Program at METTLER TOLEDO is your opportunity to build a truly global career.

During this unique three-year international program, you'll start your journey in our Benelux organization within Service Projects & Business Development, where you'll build a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder management and business development. After successfully completing your first assignment, you'll take the next exciting step by relocating to one of our METTLER TOLEDO locations in Europe or North America, where you'll live and work for an extended period while gaining valuable international experience. Once you've completed your international assignment, you'll return to the Benelux organization, ready to continue your career in a role with increased responsibility and exciting future opportunities.

Throughout the program, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, expand your international network and develop the skills needed to grow into a future leader within METTLER TOLEDO.

During the program you will:

• Coordinate and support challenging Service Projects & Business Development initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across different countries.
• Drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop your project management, commercial and leadership skills.
• Work in an international environment where innovation, collaboration and personal growth are central.

What You Need to Succeed

We're looking for curious, ambitious professionals who are excited by the idea of building an international career and are eager to step outside their comfort zone.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow into a future leadership role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• The flexibility and willingness to relocate internationally during the MOVE Leadership Program.
