Project Manager - Multi-family - Greenbelt MD

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and day-to-day activities.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery.
• Work with internal teams and external project contacts to align work plans.
• Review project requirements and maintain clear project documentation.
• Monitor timelines and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources needed to complete assigned construction work.
• Help keep projects on track with agreed plans and deliverables.

A successful 'Project Manager' should have:

• Experience managing construction projects through multiple stages of delivery.
• Experience building and maintaining project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate work across internal teams and external contacts.
• Experience tracking project activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ability to communicate project updates clearly and directly.
• Experience reviewing project requirements and maintaining documentation.
