A leading Chicagoland multifamily builder with a strong portfolio of podium, wrap-style, mixed-use, luxury apartment, and senior living communities throughout the Midwest.
Job Description
Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Coordinate entitlement, permitting, and municipal approvals.
Oversee procurement and long-lead material tracking.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Administer change order management.
Facilitate owner and stakeholder meetings.
Track project costs and forecast financial outcomes.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Manage closeout and warranty processes.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of construction management experience.
Proven experience managing multifamily projects.
Strong leadership and financial management skills.
Knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and mixed-use construction.
Experience using Procore and project scheduling software.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
