Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules to coordinate work across project phases.
• Track project budgets and costs to support informed project decisions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to keep work aligned.
• Review project plans, specifications, and updates to identify construction needs.
• Monitor jobsite progress and resolve day-to-day project issues.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and changes with internal and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation to support clear records throughout construction.
