Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

A well-established general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Project Manager for multifamily projects. You'll run mid-rise and podium apartment communities from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout and change orders
• Lead subcontractor coordination, submittals and RFIs
• Work closely with superintendents on quality, safety and schedule
• Build strong relationships with developers, owners and architects

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Multifamily, wood-frame or podium project experience
• Strong cost and schedule control skills
• Experience with Procore or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred

What We Offer

• Pay range: $110,000–$145,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
