Description

• Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Utilize construction management software to track progress and project performance

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a general contractor
• Background in ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
