Job Description
The Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - Charleston will be responsible for:
- Leading multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover
- Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Overseeing procurement, subcontractor buyout, and risk management activities
- Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving schedule or cost-related issues
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Reviewing and approving change orders, pay applications, and monthly reporting
- Mentoring and supporting Assistant Project Managers and project staff

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - Charleston should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor or developer-builder
- Proven experience delivering multifamily, mixed-use, or large residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
