Description

* Lead ground‑up multifamily projects from start through completion
* Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily site activity
* Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and consultants
* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
* Drive issue resolution in a fast‑paced construction environment

Profile

* Strong background in multifamily or mid‑rise construction
* Experience delivering projects in the $20M-$50M range
* Knowledge of the Miami or South Florida construction market
* Proven leadership style that supports team collaboration
* Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
