* Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from construction through closeout

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project reporting

* Partner with field leadership to drive quality, safety, and production goals

* Support preconstruction activities between active project assignments

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 (Project Manager) | $100,000-$120,000 (Assistant Project Manager)
